Ranch House at The Sanctuary

The whole group will be comfortable in this rustic and unique space on 100 acres with vineyard views and all sorts of roaming farm animals. There’s one King bedroom and 3 Queen bedrooms. There’s even a tap for a keg in the kitchen along with a poker table. Enjoy the home speaker equipped with Sonos and Spotify. Grill a steak, explore the hill country and its sunrise and sunset views and warm up with a fire at the fire pit.

We let guests check in privately. However you may see us feeding the animals. We are only a minute away if you need anything.

The neighborhood is rated one of the best in Fredericksburg. Middle Creek is best for jogging and walking as there’s so much wildlife and deer.

This home is in the middle of Nature and you may see critters like Scorpions, Wasps, Bees, and Black Widow Spiders. Snakes while never seen could be a possibility. We have quarterly pest control and monthly in the summer. No refunds if you encounter pests. You get to exterminate or liberate any pests you see.

16 acres to wander. Petting zoo is assessable by the huge oak tree near the wooden house. Go to the Tractor Store and get feed if you want to hand feed goats, mini horse, farm cats and Longhorns.

Rent our EZ-Go Golf Cart to enjoy our Hill Country views. $75 a day. Includes charger.
