Good staff, poor location

It was a nice place to stay and convenient to have a beer/wine vending machine, however it was far from the city centre, about 40 minutes by bus and tram. Getting back in the evening was also difficult as the buses didn't run late and we had to walk about 15 minutes from the last bus stop. There is nothing worth seeing around and limited food options, so there's no value in being so far from the city centre aside from a slightly lower price. Breakfast was good (13 euros extra). The washroom is kind of small and the toilet seat a little uncomfortable, but overall the rooms are good. Very helpful staff.

Fernseher ging nicht richtig. Ein sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter hat sich sofort darum gekümmert und die Fernbedienung neu programmiert! Trotz geschlossenem Fenster war der Straßenlärm in der Nacht störend. Die Duschtüre war unten ausgehängt und konnte nicht richtig geschlossen werden.

Die Rezeption ist am Abend und nachts nicht besetzt. Check in über einen digitalen Counter hat nicht funktioniert. Ich musste um 01:30 Uhr den Notruf kontaktieren, um in mein gebuchtes und bezahltes Zimmer zu gelangen. Laut Hotel hat Expedia eine völlig falsche Nummer für den Check in versendet.

Für ein Hotel von B&B war es sehr schlecht

Das Zimmer war sehr eng. Im Bad war es sehr eng. Es gab nur ein kleines Eckwaschbecken, wie in einem Gäste-WC. Eine sehr enge Duschkabine. Der Teppich war schlecht gereinigt, in den Ecken am Boden waren Spinnweben, in der Toilette war noch eine Spur vom Vorgänger, die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, bei geöffneten Fenster war durchgängig Straßenlärm zu hören. Das Treppenhaus, der Fahrstuhl wurden auch nicht gereinigt. Das Frühstück war einfach ohne Rührei. Der Aufschnitt lag ungekühlt. Die Kaffeemaschine könnte auch mal erneuert oder gründlich gereinigt werden. Aber.... das Personal war wirklich bemüht um den Kunden.

Der Preis war günstig, jedoch die Unterkunft an sich schon sehr verlebt. Spülkastenabdeckung wackelig sowie sämtliche Kleiderhaken. Alte Teppiche im gesamten Hotel. Zimmer und Bad sehr klein. Die Lage ist ok. Im "Industriegebiet" jedoch nicht schlimm und auch nicht laut. Gut war der kostenlose Parkplatz direkt am Hotel.

Das Hotel liegt in einem Industriegebiet und somit ist die Lage nicht so attraktiv. Allerdings für die eine Übernachtung spielte das für uns keine Rolle. Parkplätze gibt es ausreichende und sie sind breit genug. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und auch vor Ort als wir spät ankamen. Die Zimmer waren sauber, die Betten bequem, allerdings werden die Zimmer offensichtlich nur mit der Klimaanlage beheizt. Da es eisig kalt war im Zimmer, dauerte es mehr als eine Stunde um wieder die Jacke auszuziehen und sich wohl zu fühlen. Die Klimaanlage konnte man aber auch nicht über Nacht nutzen, weil zu laut. Insofern war es gegen 6 Uhr morgens wieder eisig. Fazit: grundsätzlich gute Unterkunft, aber möglichst nicht bei kalten Außentemperaturen.

Service peu professionnel

Arrivés en famille tardivement nous savions que nous aurions à utiliser le kiosque numérique à l'entrée. A notre plus grand étonnement, nous avons dû payer une chambre. De plus notre réservation pour une chambre familiale s'est retrouvée en une chambre standard contenant seulement 2 lits. Nous avons alerté le lendemain des problèmes rencontrés mais sans solutions 10 jours plus tard nous avons dû relancer afin d'être remboursé du paiement supplémentaire.
