Good hotel, good location

Great hotel, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Located within 10 mins tram ride (tram is less than 10 mins walk from the hotel) of the city centre. Hotel offers at a cost an underground car park which is handy as street parking is difficult.

Exactly as advertised. Conveniently located, easy check-in and parking. No-frills room with an OK bed. Breakfast gets the job done and with enough variety. Climate control in the room has a hard job keeping the room cool in 34 degree day which made things a bit uncomfortable. Would stay again if I'm passing by.

Quite noisy

Overall, we had a good stay but the property is very noisy with guests coming back late at night and making a noise and coaches starting their engines early in the morning so it is not the most relaxing stay I have ever had

Wir haben das Hotel sehr gut gefunden und haben uns Zimmer schon früher bekommen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parken für 18€ am Tag ist schon sehr happig! Die Sauberkeit ging. Von der Ausstattung hm. Doppelzimmer mit einem Zahnputzbecher, als Getränk ein Tetrapack Wasser ohne Gläser und kein Schrank im Zimmer? Wenn man nur ein Nacht bleibt OK, aber für mehrere Tage ist es zu überlegen.

Sehr unfreundliches Personal, auf Fragen wird patzig reagiert, sind nicht kreativ fähig. Zur Ausstattung ist zu sagen das es sehr heruntergekommen aussieht, die Betten sind im katastrophalen Zustand, nämlich total durchgelegen und teilweise auch durchgebrochen und quietschen bei jeder kleinen Bewegung. Die Wände in unserem Zimmer worden nur dürftig renoviert. Das Hotel ist für eine Nacht kein 110€ wert. Eher müsste man dem Gast Geld geben um dort zu schlafen. Eine reine Katastrophe das Hotel, kann ich auf keinem Fall empfehlen.

It's a short walk from the tram stop with a good service into the city centre. It’s a pleasant hotel, clean and modern but I didn’t stay for breakfast, so I can't comment on that.

We reserved two rooms for 6 people but were given 4 rooms on different floors. Air conditioner didn’t work. Hardwood floors were dirty, and you had to brush off your feet if you went barefoot. Breakfast not included. No pool. Below average.

Nettes Hotel und Zimmer, jedoch viel zu hellhörig. Ins Zentrum ca. 2km zu Fuß aber auch Bahn- oder Tramstationen in der Nähe. Ist ok aber würde nicht zwingend nochmal hin.
