La propiedad no es nada parecida a la de las fotos, ya no cuentan con apoyo de Oyo y todo es muy viejo, no había agua en una habitación y la televisión hasta los cables cortados.

Las paredes del baño estan muy sucias , no hay toalla para manos, el calentador es solar y hay que dejar tirar mucha agua para que salga caliente. Las instalaciones electricas en mal estado, entra mucha luz en la habitacion por la noche y hay mucho ruido.

1.- que no cuente con servicio de estacionamiento, pero creo que el precio es muy accesible. Debo aclarar, que es una recomendación al hotel, no es un mal comentario, tiene una area restringida que facilmente la pudiera usar de cocina comunitaria, para los clientes, y que realizara la recomendacion dejar limpio al terminar creo que seria excelente, ya que es muy amplio, ya que el area cuenta con una mesa y sillas, y una pequeña cocina solo les faltaria una pequeña estufa, un micro, un refri, y donde lavar los utensilios de cocina, pero en lo particular el hotel muy limpio, la gente muy educada al momento de pedir referencias de que visitar, muy amable el personal del hotel, si regresaria de nuevo mi estancia fue placentera los invito a hospedarse en el hotel, ya esta ubicado en el centro de fresnillo ;)

Es un hotel con buena higiene, solo un día tuve agua tibia en vez de caliente y la higiene es buena, el mobiliario está en buenas condiciones y solo había una ventana rota pero era muy pequeña, estaba sellada pero se veía que ya tenía días así
