Great for couples or families.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Was not expecting a kitchen to be honest and it was super comfortable. The rooms were very spacious.

Nice Hotel with good staff

Good hotel with courteous staff. It is nice to have a bigger room with a kitchen when we are working out of town. The breakfast was a little disappointing but overall we had a great stay.

Overall the stay was nice. The hotel could use refreshing. The trash outside and inside was overflowing we requested extra pillows and blankets and they never brought them and the internet is super slow. The rooms were clean and comfortable

There are lots of dairy farms around the area. So the outside smells of cow fart! Inside, showers flood the bathroom. we changed the rooms, but had the same issue. Spoke to front desk, they informed that all showers have the same design. Apparently, this is the biggest complaint from most of the guests

Elevator and entrance to room smell to marijuana, booked for my family with a 3 month old baby a non smoking room and as soon as i opened the room it smell heavy to cigarrette. Also they trying to charge twice my room(already paid at expedia) then they ask for a 15usd per nigth to park the car...terrible. hoping to cancell my next 7 days here. Came from Home2, too big difference

Happy but disappointed

I was only supposed to stay one night but booked a second night due to comfort, service, and overall experience. However on second booking I discovered spider's one in my bed and one on ceiling and to compensate they gave me a goody bag that had a water bottle and chips and said i would receive points as they even got me to sign up for bonvoy membership when I booked the second night. I wish they could have done better there because at 49 years old I have never had a bug or spiders in any of my stays in any hotel I have stayed in not even a motel 6.

Expected better, not a great location for me

Not a great location, really no restaurants or bars anywhere near, wish I would have chosen downtown. Miss the reception hours that Residence's used to do. And 15 a night for parking, in a hotel that is basically in the middle of open fields. The room was not clean, my Keurig did not work, lots of ants, subpar breakfast, light in closet area did not work, odd shower / bathroom setup. Staff was nice, but just not up to what I have experienced before at Residence Inns. Bed was not made once in my 7 night stay....

Breakfast was ok, lots of egg options, no meats to accompany them. Bagels and no cream cheese. Coffee and tea and no cream or honey. Not sure if California thing or property… Also our room had an oven in the picture, but our room only had a stove top. We arrived late and left early next morning and realized after we came back for our second night, so did not ask to change rooms, as we were already was unpacked enough that didn’t want to move. Also $15 for parking is crazy. Hotel has plenty of space and on edge of warehouses and fields, not downtown. Staff was nice. Food that was at breakfast was good. Pool and hot tub and grill were also nice at end of day and usually empty. But for the extra amount we paid to stay here vs other properties in area, I’d go to the others.

Room is clean but shower design is bad so that when you take a shower water flashes all over the floor. AC is noisy. Nothing much at free breakfast in the morning. $15 parking fee and I feel this should be free for all customers!

Sehr schönes Hotel, wie auf den Bildern. Nur WLAN funktioniert sehr schlecht bis gar nicht. Parken für 15 Dollar pro Tag, sehr viel.
