"The hotel is conveniently located near the strip- a good 20 min walk... so rent a car because every taxi drive, 5 min away is $12+ - however, airport and further rides are $20+... the food was delicious. And the entertainment was mid. However, the resort had pools, beach, stores, casino and very friendly staff. The room was dirty. We had to clean the room. There were grease stains on the tv stand and wall unit. We also wiped down everything and could tell that the floors were never mopped."

"We stayed in this Calypso Bay villa the summer of 2025 and it was so incredible that we rebooked it this August. The outdoor space, indoor space, cleanliness, the view, etc. I cannot say enough good things about this property and its host. It's a gem! Thank you!"

"The house was spacious and perfect for my family. It has a very warm welcome. Security system, parking space, backyard and hot tub were perfect additions. Ricky was very responsive and even brought us a very delicious pineapple. I like running and was able to run around the neighborhood. Very safe neighborhood, clean and quiet. Close enough to the airport."

"This was a prefect location. Walking distance to the strip where all the action is and the nice Caribbean Sea! Plenty of resultants & a small grocery store all in walking distance as well. The pool was great & there is a nice sitting area in the back where you can watch the waves crash at the ocean!"

"Amazing property, great location, 5 minutes to strip! Spotless and well maintained. Property manager Millicent Dixon ensures that anything you need is a text away. I was throughly impressed with overall build quality of the property. Attention to detail, design and layout of these units are whats sets them apart from other short term rentals! Would definitely return when back in St Kitts! "
