The property features a private swimming pool measuring 6 x 4 m, with a depth ranging from 140 to 200 cm and available throughout the entire year from 01 January to 31 December, allowing guests to enjoy a refreshing swim regardless of the season. A yard surrounds the home, immersing you in a natural landscape of trees and countryside scenery that enhances the sense of privacy and tranquillity. Public parking is conveniently available on the road, making arrival straightforward for those travelling by car.

The private swimming pool, measuring 6 x 4 m with a depth between 140 and 200 cm, is available for use throughout the entire year and serves as the centrepiece of the exterior area. A car is recommended to access and enjoy the property and its surroundings fully. Please be aware that the motor access road leading to the property is approximately 600 m long and is characterised by a steep and narrow route, which should be taken into consideration when planning your arrival. The property is situated in a cul-de-sac, ensuring a quiet and private environment throughout your stay. The owner does not accept any groups, and youth groups are equally not permitted at this property. A shop, restaurant, and bar are all located approximately 3 km from the property, and the nearest bus stop, "Frigiliana," is also 3 km away.

Unit Layout
"Tres Palmeras" is a beautifully appointed 3-room vacation rental spread across 2 levels, offering a total surface area of 90 m2 and accommodating a maximum capacity of 4 guests. The main level features a welcoming living and dining room complete with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and access to the terrace. An open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into this floor, fully equipped for comfortable self-catering stays. A shower and WC are also located on this level, along with a second exit to the terrace. The lower ground floor hosts the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms of the property. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the second bedroom contains 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. Both bedrooms on the lower ground floor benefit from individual air conditioning and forced-air heating systems. A bath and WC serve the lower ground floor. The outdoor space includes a 20 m2 terrace equipped with terrace furniture and 4 deck chairs, offering a marvellous panoramic view of both the sea and the mountains.

The property is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. Climate control is provided through individual air conditioning units in both bedrooms, complemented by heat available via forced-air heating systems on the lower ground floor, as well as a fireplace in the living and dining room on the main level.
