Welcome to 507 Remora Circle, a spacious coastal retreat designed for making unforgettable memories on Fripp Island both indoors and out. Situated on a beautifully landscaped corner, this custom-built home offers the perfect combination of comfort, privacy, and convenient access to everything the island has to offer with a 4 seat golf cart included with your stay.
With five bedrooms and four full bathrooms, including two primary suites, there's plenty of room for families and groups to gather while still enjoying their own private spaces. Located on the lower floor, the first primary features a king bed, ensuite bath as well as a built-in crib and changing table. The second bedroom on this floor offers a queen bed with ensuite bath which also has hall access. Upstairs, the third bedroom is the second primary suite which also includes an ensuite bath. Down the hall is the fourth bedroom which features a queen bed. The fifth bedroom is a bunk room which features two sets of twin over twin bunk beds with trundle beneath. The fourth bathroom is also located upstairs and is accessible from the hall.
The bright, open-concept living area is filled with natural light and creates an inviting setting for relaxing after a day at the beach, preparing family meals, or spending time together. The well-appointed kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas, making entertaining effortless. Gleaming hardwood floors, tasteful coastal finishes, and comfortable furnishings create a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the home.
Step outside to enjoy the expansive screened porch, where you can savor your morning coffee, unwind with an evening cocktail, or simply enjoy the peaceful Lowcountry surroundings. Outdoor living really comes alive with the outdoor kitchen which includes a built-in grill, fridge and bar as well as a paved fire pit. After a day exploring Fripp Island's beaches, bike paths, golf courses, and wildlife, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower before settling in for another relaxing evening.

Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.
