We loved our stay here! It was the perfect spot for accessing multiple ski resorts and nearby towns. Was plenty of room for us and our teens/young adults.
Wonderful property and great location. Easy access to downtown Frisco and skiing in Breck. Plenty of space to spread out. Our kids loved the loft space.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Kate is excellent and easy to work with, the condo is very clean and the water pressure / hot water are HOTEL quality. Convenient to the hilt if you are using the EPIC pass and need a centralized base (20 minutes to Breckenridge and 35 minutes to Vail). We preferred Vail, though parking there is a nightmare and expensive ($40 a day). Breckenridge is way more accessible and close to the same skiing experience. Parking could be as low as $14, if you had 4 or more people in the truck/car and its a lot closer to want to the ski area. You could even take the free bus to Breck, if you didn't mind waiting for the buses (behind Wal-Mart is the Frisco Transit Center, catch bus there). Everything in Frisco is right there...Safeway (preferred over Wal-Mart), Restuarant's: Vinny's is amazing, but expect to pay >$40 a plate, 5th Ave Grill was good, as was Ollie's Pub, but stay away from Casa Sanchez. The home was well stocked and we didn't have to buy anything unless it was particular to us. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star was because of the radiant heating. We had to keep the setting at 55 degrees, as anything higher would just be too hot. It probably didn't help it was a warm week, but again it was difficult to regulate the heat. I would stay there again, as it was just so convenient to everything. Lastly, the altitude may be a problem as Frisco is >9K in altitude. If you're a sea-level person like me, expect at least one day to get acclimated (if not longer).
My sons and I came from Los Angeles and North Carolina to spend some time together and to get in some skiing. Kate’s house is comfortable, well-equipped, conveniently located. We enjoyed staying here and would do so again if we were in this area. Kate provided good and helpful communication and information.

Wonderful stay!
We had a wonderful stay!! This home was beautiful, convenient and very comfortable. There were eight of us up for the week to ski and we had a fabulous time! It had everything we needed to cook for all of us, the beds were so comfortable after a long day of skiing and the location was perfect. We skied Vail, Breckenridge, A-Basin and Keystone and it was close and convenient to all. The hot tub is steps away and felt so good! Thank you Kate for making sure we had everything we needed and for making our week long stay a perfect time for our family! We would highly recommend and can't wait to come back!
Super convenient location which made it easy for us to ski various resorts in the area. Owner was very responsive to communication and provided us with good info regarding the area. The house is the most well stocked travel home we have ever stayed in. They provide just about anything you could think of. Makes it so nice when traveling across country to get there. Loved the heated floors after a cold day on the slopes. We hope to return again. Traveled with our adult children and spouses and there was plenty of room.

Great location, awesome owner!
We had a great time! The free copper mtn shuttle was a short walk from the unit, and hot-tubs are just across the parking lane. The unit was clean, fully-stocked and the beds were comfortable. The owner was very helpful, as well as wonderful person to work with. With an open loft, sound does carry (naturally). When the kids went to bed, we were able to stay up, play music and talk without keeping them up by hanging out in the master, which has a couch.
We hope to be back next season!
Such a clean, wellkept and easily accessible property! We were visiting from Kansas to ski at Breckenridge. the unit is tucked away and quiet while still being super close to a grocery store and all the town's amenities. The drive was about twenty minutes to the slop side parking of Peak 9, which allowed us to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Breckenridge during the busy Christmas week. It is also super close to Copper and other popular ski resorts. The listing is exactly as described/shown and felt like a home away from home! Spacious enough to fit our family of 7. We were traveling with two kids under 2 and it worked great for us! Will definitely consider staying again for future trips.
5 stars for everything! The condo was great - the ski bus is a 4 minute walk in ski boots! The condo has a great living space with a private master bed and bath. The loft is spacious for sleeping and working if necessary. Everything we needed to feel at home for almost a 3 week stay - We cooked breakfast, lunch, and dinner - spices and many other things available at the condo - supermarkets, restaurants, and a brewery within walking distance - Kate was delightful and very helpful - A 5 star experience!
Open, rapid communication from host after booking. Was able to reach her late on arrival night. Very helpful and friendly. The property was well kept and wonderful. Everyone raved about the accommodations. Thank you so much!!
Kate has made the check in process and the stay a wonderful experience. We have two families with 4 kids, and the condo is right fit for accommodation. Coffee beans are also available in the condo together with many cooking pots, including instant pod. After a tiring ski day the best would be eating in the condo quickly and then jump into the hot tub within short walking distance. The table is good for 6 and can be moved out to accommodate 8. Walmart and other stores are close by. 20 mins to either Breckenridge or Keystone. We will stay again in future coming years for a perfect ski trip.
We were within 30 min of Vail and Breckenridge as advertised. Also, SBUX, Safeway, and a few restaurants are within a walking distance! I am glad we did it.
We loved our stay- Frisco is so much easier to maneuver than the more populated ski places. We were so convenient to the bus, restaurants, Copper Mtn., Adventure Park for tubing and sleigh ride to dinner. The owners of this condo are SUPER! Thanks so much from Texas!

great place in frisco
We stayed here with three of our grown boys for a ski weekend. The place was immaculately maintained and equipped. Having the private garage was wonderful. Beds were great, excellent mattresses blankets etc. Exceedingly quiet location. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Over Exceeded our Winter Vacation
This was our second year traveling from Florida to Co for the holiday season. We are 2 families each with 1 child. Our first year in this area...This townhouse is perfectly located right off the I70, so no worry about the roads having trouble to travel. 15 minutes to Copper Mountain, if you are looking for great skiing with little fan fare of a Non huge resort hype…or 35-45 minutes to Vail, about 15-20 minutes To breckenridge and Keystone with plenty for the non skiers. (like Frisco adventure park for tubing, sledding, sleighing etc) The house is very functional, clean, and cozy...the beds comfy and the kids love the loft area at the top of the stairs to play. It's great to just flip a switch to have the fireplace on. But the best part…Chris Moore. He is one of the owners and he is stellar. He is the ultimate concierge. From the day we inquired about the property, he treated us like long lost friends. (actually called as i had provided an email and phone number and we often communicated via phone-in todays faced paced world..that is not common)
He (and i imagine his family in the background) go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable not only with your decision to rent their home, but your entire experience. We booked in the fall and For months he was an email and phone call away. Even during our stay. He went above an beyond the call of "host" duty and ensured it really was our "Home Away"
good house, excellent location, amazing host. Would love to check out the area in the Summer, and this house would be a great place to do that
Thank you Chris!

What a wonderful experience
I can't begin to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay in Frisco. We never wished for a thing. Our host were remarkable. I HIGHLY recommend this condo. Everything is very convenient. Frisco is a small town with a wonderful atmosphere. Great restaurants, entertainment and close to a ton of things to do and see. Our only complaint ? We had to leave mid 50's to come back to Houston when it was 110.
