"The property is older, but it was clean and has had some nice upgrades. Lighting in the kitchen needs to be addressed. As well as directions. I had to look for 10 minutes or so to find the unit we were staying in. The mattresses are uncomfortable and the pillows are hard. The ice in the freezer was probably made last spring. As usual, there is a substantial cleaning fee added, but also a long list of things renters need to do to clean up before they leave. I am finding this increasingly annoying, and its not only a VRBO issue."
