Great location, rooms were cleaned everyday and, all staff are friendly and welcoming but particular praise goes to the young girl Olivia, who works in the bar and restaurant, she is always smiling and happy, and never seems to rest constantly being attentive to customers, a real credit to the hotel.

A little dated and the bed wasn’t the comfiest, however, the vent on the reception was so lovely and welcoming! Location was absolutely gorgeous too!

The hotel and facilities are really nice. We used the pool which was great too! The only thing I would say which wasn’t obvious for us on booking is there’s an extra charge to use the pool facilities.

Some areas require refurbishing

Areas within the hotel have been improved over last couple of years ie restaurants and reception. However the room I stayed in on the second floor was in need of refurbishment. Especially the bathroom reminded me of my modern pink bathroom suite in 1980

We have stayed at the Forest Hills before as it is close to family. It's a nice stay, the proerty is starting to look a little dated in some areas. It's disapointing that thet are now chargimg residents for the use of the pool on top of a stay.

3 star type property. Location was the selling point for us. We had two different rooms. If I based this review on the first one it would be less than favorable as the room was unbearably hot. The second room we had was much nicer and temperate.

We had a comfortable stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great meal in the restaurant after a long day of travel. I personally feel that the hotel needs updating. The decor is outdated along with the bathroom in our room looked really out of date.

Nice stay and good food

Stayed in 2 rooms. One was updated with lovely bathroom but the other had a very old bathroom and looked worn out. The hotel is getting upgraded and we got both ends of the renovations. It will look great once it is finished. Had a meal in the new restaurant which was lovely.
