"Excellent location. We did not know they just started a shuttle service to the airport. Breakfast was great and hot. No face wash cloths in our room . Picture showed Bedside tables but no outlets near bed. No a/c we would stay there again"

"Well maintained, clean rooms and helpful staff. Obviously convenient for the airport. Like most airport perimeter hotels there is no close by restaurants or shops but that is expected. Would stay here again."

"Exceptional hotel. Absolutely superb value for money. I researched this hotel and the reviews were spot on. Very high quality throughout - the rooms, beds, staff. The location is also perfect. Opposite Albert Dock and a 2 minute walk to Liverpool One. You are around a 10/15 minute walk from the James/Castle/Mathew St nightlife. But there are a couple of excellent bars in the Albert Dock too Very little else to say. Book this hotel with absolute confidence. Fantastic stay"

"Very clean.lovely newly refurbished bathroom. Probably the best shower I have had in a hotel room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient for the train and bus stations. Also museums all within walking distance. I would have liked a softer pillow but apparently they were all the same.But that was the only problem we encountered. The lounge is stunning."
