"Expedia confirmed our booking. When we arrived the hotel was closed and when we called someone picked up and hung up on us. Be mindful that the last 15 km are on a dangerous mountain road without guardrail and any ability to pass any other car most of the time. Safe yourself a headache and skip this horrible experience."

This is a first class hotel. Lovely in every way. The staff was extremely helpful. The room and amenities are excellent. Truly a luxury 5 star property. We had massages at the spa which was excellent! This was our first visit to this lovely mountain town. It has so much character! We loved walking around and experiencing this Italian experience, I highly recommend this hotel and Limone!

Wonderful hotel in a lovely area. The room was big, clean, and comfortable. The hotel was within walking distance of many restaurants and bars. The main plaza and pedestrian street were steps a way as well. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I would love to stay here again and spend more time in Cuneo.
