The room was clean and very large. Breakfast had hot options like eggs etc. Pretty much standard for IHG. Breakfast stuff was on top of everything all the time and really took care of the area nicely. Would go to this hotel again very nice

Decent hotel in a cute town. Loved that it was easily walkable to downtown area. It was clean with comfy bed and the shower water pressure was great! Breakfast was included and fine, a nice bonus. Loved that they support hikers, and have a box of donated items in lobby that hikers may need/ use. Some of the rooms had cigarette smell but was able to get room moved easily. On par with price point

Comfortable economic stay

We stayed here at the stars of our Skyline/Shenandoah vacation. While the outside appearance might make you think it is outdated, the rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The onsite restaurant serves Thai food and it is really good. The room rate includes a hot breakfast. The hotel location is centrally located close to the Shenandoah river and the northern entrance to the Skyline drive. We had an excellent 2 day stay!

Comfy bed — no frills hotel

The bed was comfy and room somewhat updated but the halls were dirty with stinky trash bins outside the doors . The staff was very very nice . Just need to keep working on making this very inexpensive place better! Bathrooms clean and “re-done.” But they need to do some “detailing” of corners and update the hallways a bit .

Room was clean and staff was friendly and very helpful. My son forgot his wallet and we are several hours away so when they found it they were honest and told us they will send it to us so we didn't have to drive several hours to get it.

Keep expectations in check

The facility is a down-on-its-heels motel that Wyndham has tried to improve with lots of paint. Most of the personnel seemed to be trying hard to make the best of the situation. Breakfast was the best part about our stay: the attendant's sunny disposition was a great start to the day.
