Viti Attic - A glimpse of Frontone Castle

Attic on the second floor, fully furnished; kitchen complete with appliances and dishes. A single room for kitchen and living room of about 70 sq m; a bathroom with shower; two bedrooms (also communicating), one large with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and sofa; the other, smaller with two / three single beds.
Air conditioning both in the living room-kitchen and in the two bedrooms.
Being our private home on the first floor, therefore below the attic, we are practically always available for any need. In good weather, the large garden is usable space in common.
Located at the foot of the Monte Catria massif, Frontone, formerly called "The Switzerland of the Marches" and "The pearl of the Catria" is considered an ideal destination for stays, both in summer and in winter. In the summer season you can enjoy a mild and healthy climate, following the numerous nature trails both downstream and along the plains and beech woods of Mount Catria; in winter, the renewed cable car will take you from 500 meters above sea level. l.m of Caprile, at 1400 meters s. l.m of Cupa delle Cotaline, directly on the snow-covered ski slopes and at the restaurant and rooms of the Cotaline Refuge .. Points of interest in the area are undoubtedly the Castle of Frontone, a ducal fortress dating back to the year 1000 and the entire historical village below, with civilian homes and various restaurant activities .; not far from Frontone we find the Fonte Avellana Monastery, mentioned in the Divine Comedy (canto XXI ° del Paradiso), the Gola del Furlo Nature Reserve, the Frasassi Caves, the cities of Urbino, Gubbio, Sassoferrato; the beaches of Marotta and Senigallia are just over thirty kilometers away.
