Two bedroom apartment in a small urbanization in the area of Los Boliches (Los Pacos), a quiet residential area well connected with the suburban train, buses etc.

The urbanization has a great pool within the garden areas, bakeries, coffee shops, bars, restaurants, parks and supermarket very close to everything.

Fully renovated in 2019, it has a bedroom with two single beds and built-in wardrobe, a living room with a sofa bed and another room connected to the first one very suitable for a child with a sofa bed. Covered and uncovered terrace. Separate kitchen complete with the necessary utensils to cook with a washing machine and dishwasher very bright and bathroom with shower. Towels and sheets.

Rauhallinen sijainti ja kiva valoisa huoneisto, useampi lasitettu parveke aamu- ja päiväaurinkoon (kaikkien lukitusta emme saaneet toimimaan). Autotallipaikka oli ahdas ja sitä emme voineet käyttää Ford Focuksemme pysäköintiin. Onneksi katujen varrelta löytyi suht hyvin paikka autolle. Astioita ja pesuaineita huoneistossa oli riittävästi kahden aikuisen tarpeisiin. Asunnon valaistus oli vähän niukka ja mm. luku- ja kohdevalot puuttuivat kokonaan, samoin kokovartalopeili. Huoneiston viilennys toimi mutta lämpöä emme saaneet päälle. Pakastin kaipaa sulatusta... ja lasikuistin sohva pesua/vaihtoa. Pikkukauppa alakerrassa oli hyvä perusruoka- ja juomaostoksiin.
