The hotel is well situated near the train station and city bus stops. Our stay included free city bus tickets which we took to go visit the castles. The room was clean and the staff extremely helpful (especially the young lady who greeted us upon arrival)! The breakfast was the only thing that was disappointing. Would stay there again.

The reception staff were really helpful and let us leave our bags even though we were early arriving. The 4G cinema is a real asset to the hotel and we loved the large room and central location. We would definitely stay there again.

This was a great place to stay and visit Neuschwanstein Castle. They are next door to the train station. And a short walk to the bus that takes you up to the castle. The rooms were clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. There is a 4D movie about the area which was worth seeing. There is a great in house breakfast, a bakery across the street and a street lined with restuarants & shops close by.

Amazing hotel! There was a 4D ride at the hotel discounted for guests, as well as 2 gift shops owned by the hotel owners and also discounted for guests. Great family room, great experience for a family of 5.

Great location and nice staff. Room was very small and bathroom even smaller with a pedestal sink. Room was very cold and no way to adjust temperature in the room, the floor was like ice. in the breakfast room a lady sitting next to us was rubbing her arms and blowing into her hands it was that cold everywhere, no heat even in breakfast area! Breakfast was atrocious, ice cold dried up scrambled eggs or boiled sausages were the only hot item, no bacon. Old fruit past it's best before date or canned fruit cocktail. A few cold cuts with cheese and a few cereals. Probably worst breakfast we have had during our time in Germany and one of the few places it wasn't included in the price of the hotel too. Parking was great, right behind the hotel which is a rarity in these small villages. The room and hotel was modern and updated. I really liked the hooks at the door of our room to hang up coats.

Central City Hotel is just around the corner from the train station, 1 minute walk without luggage, 2 minutes walk with luggage. There’s a Netta supermarket opposite the hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff. The room was spacious, and comfortable bed. Air conditioner worked efficiently and quietly. It wasn’t listed as having a fridge, so that was a pleasant surprise. Definitely recommend it, and definitely would return when next in Fussen. The bus stop to take you to Neuschwanstein Castle is opposite the train station. Safe area for a solo female traveller.
