check in and check out was super easy. the staff was so accommodating and super nice. location was walkable to old town. the hotel itself was extremely quiet and super comfortable. the room we stayed in was massive for European standards. absolutely loved every bit of it. we did not do breakfast the couple days we were there, but it smelled fantastic! Will absolutely stay here again!!

We love our big balcony the most, that has a fantastic view of green grass, pretty houses and snow covered mountains. Even though it’s in September, the top of the mountains are covered by snow.

Located within walking distance from Füssen's downtown. Nice large garden surrounds the property. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Self-laundry service. The air extractor at the bathroom is a bit noisy; a more candid night table lamp would be appreciated.

We arrived through a little gate into a beautiful garden and followed the path to the Hotel Reception. We were met by a lady who was very helpful. The room was a good size and we were surprised it had a balcony. (It was shared by the room next door but there was no one in it so we had the balcony to ourselves) The hotel also has a sauna which I hadn't picked up on when I booked so that was another lovely surprise. We only stayed for 2 nights and the weather was a bit cloudy and rainy but we still enjoyed the view we had. It would be spectacular on a clear day. It was only a ten minute walk from the railway station and ten minutes back in to walk around the lovely little town. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely book this hotel again.

the hotel is set admidst some of Füssen's forrest, so it's easy to get out for a walk and find rest. other direction leads you in only a few minutes to the centre or for dining, shopping, facilities. my room was really spacious - despite in many other places the single rooms are to cry for and actually I had access to my own huge terrace. the staff was incredibly helpful, both in house as well like their main office in Vienna - as I had to deal with an after hour check-in situation. the handling of keys and all other things is so easy and it feels more like a home away from home than a hotel. I'm already planning to come back to this place. thank you for this beautiful memory. I wish all my business trips were that homely.

Beautiful property with self check in so if you don’t like that then that’s a problem. The room was clean with a comfortable bathroom. The breakfast was great and priced right! And the breakfast room looks out onto the wonderful garden! It’s a great place to stay!!

Overall nice hotel. The biggest problem for us was a bathroom. The tub with shower handle was under the slanted very low ceilling and it required special acrobatic skills to take shower. Everything else was acceptable and good for the budget hotel.

Fell in love with this place

I love this place! It has a very nice garden. If you are in the garden in sunset time, you will see the hill turns pink with the reflection of the light. It was the magic moment. The room is very nice. Outside the windows are trees, it made me felt like I was in the forest. There is also a nice bathtub with a little window looking at the trees. I felt very relaxed there. I booked for one person room, but the room is so big that I don't think it's a single bedroom. The breakfast is nice too. It has a good coffee machine in Breakfast. For my trip in Germany, this place offered the best coffee.

The room was between the kitchen and eating area. We were awakened at dawn by noisy kitchen staff banging around and talking in full voice. Every person coming to breakfast sounded like they were walking through our room. Horrible placement for a guest room. The room was nice, but needed sound-proofing for that location. English was not well supported. Would not return and would not recommend
