Staff were very friendly during both check in and check out. Toilet leaked during the night which caused water noise. Limited dining options except by driving 10 minutes. No credit card facilities, cash only.

The staff were very rude I had reservations and was late to check in even though I called them to let them know I was running late. When I got there they had given my room to someone else. They were rude will never stay there.

The general furnishing and style of the rooms appears outdated. However, the staff is very helpful regarding sight seeing-destinations, the hotel has a beautiful scenery and is close to some of the "must-see" locations of southern Germany.

Gerne wieder hierher!

Gemütliches, ruhiges Hotel direkt am See. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Abseits vom Touristenrummel durchatmen.
