Clean, quiet, no frills room. They have washers/dryers, free breakfast (didn’t try so can’t comment), and pajamas. Basic toiletries are provided in the lobby and the room itself has body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There is an in room mini frig. We selected this hotel based on proximity to the fujisan yume no ohashi bridge and the Fuji-Shin Shinkansen station.

The service was terrible be closed when I went there up death front desk they greeted and right away. They just suggested me to use a machine. It’s no meaning if the person is there, they should use them more hospitality. Just don’t need any person if Machine is there just one person’s enough. And then I supposed to get non-smoking room but it was smoking. It’s so stinky but I was so tired so I just tolerated.

必要なものがそろっていて快適に過ごせました。 朝食は、混みあう場合は部屋で食べてもよいとのこと、運べるように容器もあったので、部屋でゆっくり食べました。 夜、廊下で大きな声で話す外国の方、なぜか私の部屋のドアをドンドン叩く音（開けずに無視しましたが）、足音が響いてくるなど、ややうるさい印象はありました。 駐車場は近隣のところを案内してもらえました。 出し入れは自由、ダッシュボードに泊まっている部屋番号など書いてある紙を掲示、一晩800円を前払いでした。 アメニティ、部屋着は1階から持っていくスタイル。 部屋のスリッパは、私は履かなかったのですが、連れは小さくて入りませんでした。 新富士駅のすぐ近くなので、駐車場に停めたまま、駅の中におみやげを買いに行くことができました。
