スタッフの方は親切だった。けどWi-Fiが全然繋がらなかった。朝食の時（ピークではなかった）食べ終わった食器をさげる棚があるにも関わらず「ちょっと食器こっちに置いてくれる？」と洗い手の届きやすい位置に置けと言われました。私はここのバイトか？そこが残念でした。

駅から本当にすぐで、雨も降っていたので助かりました。スタッフの方々が皆さん、明るく、親切な対応をしてくださり、気持ちよく滞在することができました。コンビニは、100mくらい先にセブンイレブンがあります。必要にして十分な気持ちの良いホテルでした。室内着は、ロングタイプのシャツのみなので、普通の上下のタイプがあればなと思いましたが、全体的に満足です。お世話になり、ありがとうございました。

車で初めて利用。入荷待ちで係員に話しかけられてそちらに夢中で同乗者が後部座席から荷物を出していることを忘れて、同乗者の足を引いてしまった。開いていることを注意喚起して欲しかった。何ともなかったのな、唯一の救いでした。毎回朝食の味噌汁が楽しみでしたが、今回は特に香りも味も感動はなかったのが残念でした。暖房が効かず、寒がりの為布団が足りなかった。取りに行くのが面倒でフロントに電話しませんでした。いつもありがとうございます。
