"Excellent value - the room was small but very clean with comfortable bed and comforter along with a cute deep soaker tub. The onsen on the roof was wonderful and so clean. The staff were also wonderful - so helpful and attentive. If you don’t mind a smaller room, highly recommend this hotel. It is also a 2 min walk to Azubudai Hills which has great restaurants and cafes."

"The lobby has a waterfall glass wall, very welcoming. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast Buffet about $13USD was very good, well stocked and helpful staff. Queen room was very small for two people, but manageable. Very clean and modern. Air conditioning was in your control. Cools down within a few minutes. We were last room before stairs and amazingly quiet. Ice, shared microwave, and vending machines on floors 4, 8, & 11. Three self-laundry machines on floor 12. Akasaka area business friendly. Biz Atriam just a few minutes walk."

"The double room for me and my husband was so small! We are not big people but we both struggled to get in and out of the toilet. Also, there was no room for 2 large suitcases in the room, we had no choice but to block the entrance off (which isn’t safe in an emergency). Rooms in Japan are small, we had been in 3 other hotels prior but this took the mic. Also the decor was very outdated from the 90s and no view from window."

"Amazing amazing amazing - the Mizu suite was beautiful, cosy, spacious (even with the sofa bed pulled out). They have the best club lounge, the best food, the best service. Staff were all warm and friendly and super helpful. Would 10/10 recommend and will very likely stay again when we’re in Tokyo."
