Best hotel hands down I’ve stayed in Japan. From
Now on, my hotel to go. Room spacious, elegant, amazing bed and super comfy. Great pillows. Beautiful and spacious bathroom. Staff was amazing, great amenities around. In front of station but no noise at all. Just perfect stay.

It's conveniently located near the JR station. There are several trendy restaurants and a grocery store on the first floor of the same building. The rooms are new, clean, and spacious. I'd definitely stay here again if I visit Fukui again.
Check in was very smooth and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Although they do not have a on premise carpark area, you can park in a multi level carpark that is connected to the hotel with a special 24 hr rate of 1500 yen. Very convenient. Also, easy to get food as it is just opposite the train station.
Very good location being just next to the Fukui train station. The staff were very professional and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable, well provided with everythimg travellers would need. The only setback being the "too stylish" design of the shower faucet, which was hard to turn on when your hand is soapy!
Great location, friendly staff, and excellent service. The room was very clean, tidy, and comfortable, with good facilities—all within walking distance. This hotel truly added value to our trip to Fukui. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again if we return to Fukui.
This is a brand new hotel (finished in 2024) in a block that was also built around the same time. There are a number of options for food and entertainment around the station, and this is a great hotel to stay at if you’re planning to go to the Fukui Prefectural Dinosaur Museum. Great location and an incredible value
Finest hotel in Fukui area. Rooms are big and new.
Breakfast is great with lots of selection and of good quality
Location is just 5mins from Fukui JR station.
200 metres from the train station. Staff went out of there way to help us. Found us a local restuarant for one of our party that wanted to sample one of the local specialities. That also help arrange a taxi to meet us at a remote train station to take us to the Fukui prefecture dinosaur museum.
Practical and new(ish) hotel right by the train station. Clean, feels fresh, staff was very polite and helpful. Very good english as expected. We slept at the 17th floor, there was some noise from the intersection below. You need to get up to the 3rd floor in the building, elevator to the 15th floor(reception), then a different elevator to your room. The breakfast was very good, one of the better we had on our 2 week trip. Can recommend!
A wonderful last minute booking: we had switched hotels from another one to this one when staying in Fukui. We needed a place where it would be right by the train station with easy access to food places and safe with a child with ASD. He would frequently wander and doesn’t speak Japanese, so we needed a location that would be safe with everything close by. The bus to get to the dinosaur museum was right across the way and the entrance to the hotel is tucked inside a really fun building (for the adults - to go find eateries). It was not easy to find the entrance, but once found, easy to get in and out at all times of the day. This was our favorite stay of our three weeks in Japan. We will be back.
We loved our two night stay here! We had just stayed a few nights in ryokan, which we love but it was nice to have a couple nights in a very nice and comfortable hotel room. We booked a corner room with windows on two sides over looking the station, mountains, and city. We also paid for the breakfast buffet. Both choices were so worth it! Only additional things I wish were in the hotel are a public bath and laundry room. The staff was fantastic, the building perfectly located for quick access to trains, buses, and taxis, which are very necessary here. Restaurants and all kinds of shopping nearby. There were even stalls set up outside and inside the mall across the way for local vendors. Fukui is fabulous! We booked the Dino Liner and Prefectural Dinosaur Museum ahead and these were the main reason for our visit. The Hokuriku Arch Pass is very worth it and gets you out of some of the normal tourists spots. We would visit Fukui again, stay at the Marriott and enjoy more of the city and surrounding areas. Thank you to everyone for making us feel so welcome to their City!
