The apartment is clean with good location. Check in process was fairly easy and smooth. Overall, I’m satisfied with this reservation.

Absolutely spacious and well-equipped room at super reasonable rate. Literally room is full-sized 1LDK, with great location to Hakata Station, Tenjin, and Canal city. Towel is not available to be refreshed daily and you need to wash and dry by yourself. But if you are sick of expensive and tiny japanese hotel, this one will be great choice.

Amazing Property, near by Hakata Station and Canal City Hakata is across the street, everything 7/11 restaurant etc are all walking distance. The Hotel is clean, our room was beautiful with a nice view of the river, with washer and dryer. Highly recommend this Hotel.

Amazing location, right by Canalside mall, close to local food options, easy access to subway/JR. Communication was fantastic and the place was great for the price, especially for all of the above!

I was reserved for a week for stay. When I went into the room there was hair everywhere on the floor so it grossed me out. I called the front desk and told them and I want to check out the next day. The good thing is that they admitted their fault and refunded the money for the rest of the stay which was nice.

Great if u want more space. Max 4 adults. Comfortable beds, good heat, wifi, water pressure, relatively quiet. Fridge and kitchen a plus. Canalside and cinvenience store very close. Only minuses are 15 minute walk to nakasu subway stop which is tough with bigger luggage. Beware check in ends at 11pm was not noted and we lost a night’s stay. Support staff on the “help” calls do not pick up—ever. We tried many times to speak to someone to no Avail. Useless.

I think this accommodation is very convenient. It's very convenient for older people as you can get to the station very quickly. However, the accommodation was too cramped for 4 people and there was no table to eat at. It's okay if two or three people come to live there, but it's a bit difficult to move around if there are many people. I like its riverside scenery and comfortable accommodation decoration. There are also many restaurants and shopping spots near this building. So I think this place is worthy of the price. It's a pity that the floor in this room is not clean and there is still some dust. It would be better if the floor tidiness was improved. Also I think more trash bags should be provided. But please note that there are no clothes racks in the bathroom, which I think is not very user-friendly.

I lost my necklace at this hotel and cleaning kindly didn't toss it but rather have it to management where I was able to retrieve it later. I am incredibly grateful. I like the split living room from the beds, enjoy being able to cook, and enjoy the canal view. Great stay, would recommend.
