Room was not ready and check in was a mess. Staff looked at a constant loss. Rude operator on the reception call. Nobody to greet or help at the entrance. When you approach the check in counter only then they hand out a queue number to you for check in which took almost 45 minutes to complete. TV was broken. Upon check out staff claims he can assist to call for taxi but cannot choose the taxi type which was untrue because we could order a larger taxi through DiDi app. Room is clean but the staff is the most unhelpful we have experienced in Japan.

Super convenient and safe โ€” just a 2-minute walk from the station, which was great. But they didnโ€™t replace the towels, didnโ€™t clean the room, and I had to ask for water myself. Honestly, it was ridiculous that I had to ask for extra towels instead of them just providing them. Like, is that really how itโ€™s supposed to be? Most of the staff were super nice, except for a few. But the hotelโ€™s overall service system or policy seriously needs some improvement.
