The hotel staffs were excellent and helpful. The bath powder that you can get from level 2 was a highlight after a long day walk. The bed and pyjamas were comfy. The only down side was the room was a bit too small for a family of 4.

Nishitetsu Grand Hotel
スタッフたちは皆私に親切で、特に最後の見送り をしてくれるベルボーイ職員とタクシーまで捕まえてくれて、次のホテルの行き先住所をタクシー運転手に知らせてくれる職員の姉がとても印象的だった。 毎年訪れるが、いつも良い思い出を作ってくれるホテルだ。
