Fantastic Cabin & Location

The cabins within walking distance to a marina with a restaurant/bar on property. There are only 3 cabins right now. Very quiet. The food was great and had healthy options (which we didn't always choose). The cabins are close to 78 so you have additional options there. Overall it was comfortable and relaxing.

Wooded Retreat

We had a little girlfriend (3 adult women and we had plenty of room!) getaway this weekend at the Tombigbee cabin and it was fantastic!!! So cute! So nice and natural feeling. We barely left the cabin and just felt like we were in a peaceful paradise. I will be bringing my family back. I do wish there was a trail around the area but for a calm, relaxing retreat.... this is it! I’ll be back!

Peaceful Get Away

Property manager was was friendly and was available for anything we needed or wanted. Honest the pictures on VRBO do not even come close to showing the beauty of the property and cabin. The cabin was fully furnished, clean and welcoming. We will definitely going back again.

Peaceful Daycation

This was a beautiful cabin with an outstanding view! We enjoyed watching the sunset, eating at the nearby restaurant, and walking around the beautiful park. Our host was very friendly and helpful. I could tell that the owners take pride in their cabins and try to think of everything they can to make their guests stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this cabin to others, and I would love to come back for a longer stay.

Cute but dirty

We checked in to a beautifully made cabin only to find cobwebs, dusty blinds, dirty and stained sheets and towels, dirty furniture and a washing machine full of wet towels and sheets. I spent the evening cleaning what I could and doing someone else's laundry. I'd come back only if these issues were addressed.

Everything was neat and clean with Lots of useful amenities provided. Great food at the restaurant next door and there’s quite a few things to keep you occupied. Got a Good nights sleep and so did the other 5 people.!

Beautiful cabin

This is a beautiful cabin. The bathrooms were not cleaned well but other than that it was clean. I would suggest bringing your own pillows and the pillows on the master are not comfortable at all. The kitchen was well stocked and had most of what you would want.

This place is quite, family friendly, affordable, and clean. This is a hidden gem. Boat rentals are affordable and new. Myself or my family can NOT think of any negatives. Erin and her team will make sure you are not disappointed. Great Job guys. We will return.

Great place for relaxing

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the cabin at Midway Marina. First of all the owners and staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in tne Potter Wheel cabin and it was very nice, all decorated with wood decor with home made cedar beds. If you are looking for a nice quiet place to get away this is the place to go.

it was very nice & clean. loved the bed & tv & access to netflix & cable! bathroom is gorgeous esp the shower! only 2 things i would recommend is more mirrors & blinds. really needs a long mirror to look at outfit or do makeup in. & atleast the option to have more privacy w. windows! but other than that, perfect! we will definitely be back!
