"I told the staff day after day the A/c didn’t work. The first night they moved me to another room and the A / C barely worked. So they brought me a fan that I had to use for the rest of the stay to sleep. About 4 hours a night. I was told they couldn’t do anything and the manager would follow up and nothing!!!! I slept on top of the bed in a pool of sweat and don’t get me started about the T v , when I asked for help to get the TV to work from the front desk she said she was coming to my room...
