Fantastic hotel, would highly recommend. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive. The hotel itself is very nice, clean and has a great vibe to it. The food was phenomenal and I ended up eating breakfast and lunch most days at the hotel. It's in a great location too and has an awesome little swimming spot in the ocean. I was a solo traveler and felt very safe here. Very worth it to upgrade your room to an ocean view!! Would definitely come back!

Really nice hotel, with a good vibe to it, really well located. Staff mostly really nice and helpful. Had a issue with ants all over the bathroom, and while I understand it's hard to keep insects out the number of them seems like a issue that needs to be fixed... Reported it to reception and they arranged for a deep clean, but they still came back, needed some ant killer or repellent down. View from the balcony was great, but it was spoilt by the main room in from of the hotel (but that is nothing against the hotel).

The hotel is in great location, convenient parking near the property (2 one open and one covered). The hotel seemed family friendly, we were a couple, but weren't bothered by any kids noises even though our balcony overlooked the pool. The pool itself was closed some of the times but there's direct access to the ocean, which we enjoyed very much

The hotel was lovely. We had a view of the sea. The cleaners were very attentive. But maybe the hotel was designed for the younger type of couples. The music around the hotel was the same beat type music. A very big entrance/reception area and lots of chairs. Seemed a waste of space.

The Hotel was excellent with an excellent location. I enjoyed the pool. Many good restaurants conveniently located just behind the hotel. The buffet breakfast offered an excellent selection and was so helpful to have especially before touring. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at NEXT – Savoy Signature. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and enjoyable. The room was modern, comfortable and spotless, with a lovely view that made the stay even more enjoyable. The food was excellent throughout my visit, with plenty of choice and consistently high quality. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, and I had no issues at all during my visit. Overall, it was a great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. I’d happily recommend NEXT – Savoy Signature to anyone visiting Madeira.

The staff was very helpful, especially Rodrigue and Rachel also, the property was well maintained and very clean. I enjoyed the breakfast very much. It had a lot of variety. The only thing I disliked was the pool deck was under construction, and there was a sewer smell on the property other than that I enjoyed my stay.

This hotel is amazing! Staff were friendly and helpful. Both pool areas are fantastic. We did not eat at the hotel, so cannot comment on this. Room was lovely. Comfortable and luxurious. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk onto the promende (downhill), and 5 min walk (uphill) to get to a small selection of cafes and restaurants. Would most definately return in future. Highly recommend!
