"I can't say enough about this rental. It felt like home. Patrick is so easy to speak with and he provides a well appointed and cared for home. The layout is amazing and offers a lot of privacy for everyone. Very spacious rooms! Mattresses were excellent in EVERY room! Linens and pillows were all quality. There was no downside at all! "

"OMG---stunning! Host (Kurt) was super helpful. Before our arrival I reached out and Kurt quickly responded with answers to some questions about mooring a boat at the marina. Once we arrived, Kurt called me and walked me through the intricacies of the TV remote---saving me the effort of trying to figure it out. The place was immaculate, and all my family was very comfortable. The projector TV on the 3rd floor was a big hit when the NHL season kicked off while we were there. Who knew you'd need A/C in October in NH? But thankfully it worked perfectly--as did the heat once the front moved through. We were there at the tail end of the season, but we all used the pool and the hot tub. Access to Wiers Beach couldn't have been easier (very short walk), and just far enough away to be quiet. The picture on the VRBO website tell the tale---beautiful place with gorgeous views, close to all the things you want to do in the area."

"Two elderly women (79 & 86) going to church meeting on Saturday from 8:30 to 4:00 didn’t want to travel from home—two hours—in the morning plus loading up car! I had three crockpots, two huge stockpots, 18 containers of frozen soup ingredients, plus paperwork and posters, personal items, and a cart to transport from car to house, house to car, and car to church. My mistake—I didn’t ask about stairs—it was really tough for us to carry cart up and down the stairs. There was no mention of stairs in the description. It was hard to get the key out of and putting keys back in the lockbox. There are no lights on the outside stairs and walkway. We used the kitchen to put the soups together. Kitchen was very satisfactory. The rest of the condo was in excellent condition and fine for us. We enjoyed our stay. We were very comfortable. Host answered my questions almost immediately! A little pricey for one night—especially 150 for cleaning. We left it very clean, and used only the king bed and bottom bunk to save work for cleaning people. Brought my own paper towels. Easy access in and out. If wanting to stay in Laconia again, we would gladly rent the same condo again."

"Place was great! Fun way to enjoy the lake. Access to the amenities made the stay even better!Houseboat was clean. Our only suggestion is to mention it’s a kurig oppose to coffee maker. Would suggest a mat outside of the slider! And sponges. Will return! "
