With two large king bedrooms on the main floor and two full baths, and two large queen bedrooms on the second floor, each with their own en suite, bathrooms, and walk-in closets. There is room for everyone. Were they fully stopped kitchen you could have wonderful meals together at the large dining table or movie night in the large living room. Everything’s new & spacious, tons of outdoor spaces fenced in yard & tons of parking! Only 8 min from Mims House,, close to Holly Springs, Apex,RDU, Raleigh & Durham. The first floor./ main floor has two King bedrooms. The master bedroom, which is off of the kitchen area has a king bed, master bathroom, en suite, and a walk-in closet. The other king bedroom is on the first floor off of the living room. There’s also a full bath with a tub shower combo in the hallway off of the kitchen along with the laundry room. Upstairs will find two large bedrooms the bedroom on the top of the stairs on the left has two queen beds, I walk in closet and its own full bathroom with tub and shower combo. The other guest bedroom to the right has a queen bed, and a twin bed two walk-in closets and it’s own en suite bathroom with tub and shower combo as well. The yard is fully fenced, with a back porch with rocking chairs and a fire pit with Adirondack chairs and a grill. The parking situation is great for several cars. There is a circular driveway. Please make sure to only park the cars in the left-hand side or in the back of the circle. The right side driveway is shared, and you cannot park cars on that side as it shared with the neighbors. Please make sure to follow these specific instructions on parking. Approved events are events such as baby showers, birthday parties, bridal showers, anniversary celebrations, rehearsal dinners, retirement parties work events etc. We are NOT able to host weddings at this property. There will be an event fee for the type of event, and the event fee would be in addition to renting the property for the reservation cost.
