- Magnificent villa for a quiet holiday. Secure property of 4000 m2 with swimming pool (closed in winter), pool house, pétanque field, Wickey playground. Ideal location in green Provence (10 minutes from Sainte-Victoire, 12 minutes from Aix and 30 minutes from the sea with Marseille, Cassis and its creeks, La Ciotat, etc.).
House of 134 m2 with 3 bedrooms (CH1 - 1 king size bed, CH2 - 1 double bed 140x200), CH3 - 1 single bed + 1 mattress on the floor if necessary, 2 bathrooms, 1 WC upstairs and 1 WC downstairs, 1 large fitted kitchen, 1 dining room, 1 living room and a large south-facing terrace. Even in winter, it's vacation in the south!
