The room was clean and well-equipped with everything I needed—refrigerator, TV, microwave, electric kettle, hair dryer, air conditioner, and more. When I first entered, it felt a bit humid—probably because the AC had been turned off—but it improved once I turned the air conditioner on. It's a quiet location, just a 10-minute drive from UF. If you're visiting the UF campus or UF hospital, this is an excellent spot. The property offers a great combination of location and price. I plan to stay here again on my next visit.

The property was recently renovated and my room was spotlessly clean
Stayed here for a football game it wasn’t too far from campus it was good for sleeping for those nights and the rooms were good, bathroom was a little dirty but honestly for the price we paid and the weekend it was I didn’t mind
The room was clean and cold when we got there. Everything was availabile and was enough to last for our 2 day stay. There was a picnic table area and the pool was crystal clear but i wasn't there to swim. The staff was friendly and available.
It was very nice and clean, especially for one night stay. The front desk JQ had superb customer service. Beware the bed might sway and creak but if you can get passed that you will enjoy the stay.
