The hotel was fine. When we checked in we requested a room change because the AC rattled very loudly in the room. Upon changing our room the AC in the new room was even noisier and more disturbing. At this point we chose to just stay but didn’t sleep well at all due to the noise. The breakfast was minimal. Just pastries and carb options. No protein.

This hotel is a good value on game weekends but there's a damp mildew-like smell throughout the place despite the remodel.

Unfortunately they are having some serious humidity issues. Bedding literally felt damp and you can feel the humidity in the room. To the point that several of the rooms fire alarms kept going off repeatedly (likely sensors are being set off due to dense humidity water particles). We were awakened at 2:30 am after already calling during the day to have fire alarms kept fixed and then had same issue second day as well. They need to do something to address the issue. Was not a comfortable stay. They literally had to completely remove and take the fire alarm out of room to shut it up for at least 3 rooms on day two. Breakfast is nice and staff nice but place needs help.

Michael at front desk has a terrible attitude. He was rude, threatened us with taking away the reservation, used absolute disgusting language. I had a horrible experience, and we decided to leave the property. He is very comfortable having this attitude which leads me to believe that it’s not the first time acting like this and somebody in management is enabling his actions
