"The hotel was clean and great, nothing to note about any of that aspect. However, I paid for this hotel through hotels app in February. Show up, send my husband in to check in and he comes out with an 800 charge on his account. We park and I go in to sort it and they really never give me an answer but they refund after I show them my reciept of payment etc, and said they had us staying until Monday which wasnt the case, my account did not reflect that, and the 800 still didnt add up even if we were staying that long. Regardless they fixed it. The next morning we check out and my husbands card is AGAIN charged 217 dollars, I go back in and they said the original card had declined which was my amex, so that didnt check out and they said I had to contact hotels.com. I went outside, called and they were able to refund again because my card had been charged, in February when I paid... so moral of the story the hotel was clean and fine but they would not stop trying to make us pay for the room again.
