"We had a superior double room. It was clean and functional, though the decor was a little dated. Air con was ok but not hugely effective. Complimentary espresso maker in the room was nice though. We used the spa which is located in the basement. Towels, robe and slippers available on request from reception. The pool is not really big enough to share, so if there's a family of kids in it when you go (as was the case both times we went) then you're basically out of luck. The sauna / steam room / relaxation area were all nice though, with self-serve complimentary tea also available."

"Location is in the hood. Storage lockers abit dodgy where the whole locker is not bolted and has no back panel (someone can lift up the storage lockers and take the items) with no cameras. Bathroom was dirty with water leakages and poor lighting at night. My personal locker was not working as the keys was jammed, staff was no helpful to unlock it. "
