"This is a nice looking hotel just a 15min walk to the centre and 2 mins to the beach. But, a couple of things let it down, firstly when booking they dont tell you that the pool is €15 per person per hour!!!! We had an apartment which apparently does not "

"We were a family with 3 rooms. That morning they called me stating they couldn't accommodate us and moved us to one of their apartments which was conveniently available. Everything else was booked in the town so we had no choice to stay. The cost of the apartment was much less but other than buying us drinks they never refunded me as they were supposed to. It was very upsetting and terrible customer service."

Easy walk to the old city, and parking in their lot a huge benefit. Highly recommend this hotel to get the most out of a visit to Gallipoli without having to navigate the old city streets with a car. "Great Sea View Room on 13th Floor. Comfortable bed but had to pay for expresso coffee available in the room. Good Selection of Breakfast with outdoor seating available. Was disappointing that the gym was just a treadmill at extra cost as well as spa at extra cost. Bar also close at 9.30pm which was a disappointment. "

"We were unable to check in for our first night due to an unexpected illness, and although I contacted the property (through Hotels.com) to explain the situation, they were unwilling to offer any flexibility or even a partial reduction. I understand the stated cancellation policy, but I had hoped for at least a small gesture of goodwill, especially since we arrived in time for the second night and had contacted them promptly to explain the situation. This kind of rigid approach feels short-sighted, as it leaves the impression that in such a tourist-heavy location, individual guests don’t really matter. The property itself was fine once we arrived, but the experience with the policy left a poor impression."
