Everything was great, except there was a sewage smell coming from our bathroom. We did not report it to the front desk since we only stayed for 4 nights. The cleaning staff were on top of the room cleaning.
The location of the property is perfect. 100 away from the bridge connecting to the historic town of Galippoli. The hotel looks new, very nice interior design of the rooms, bathrooms as well as public areas. The staff at the reception as well F&B and housekeeping was very friendly and attentive. It’s good to stay in a non-big chain hotel especially in Italy.
Staff were amazing and incredibly helpful, they booked restaurants for us every night and arranged a trip to a beach club. The hotel is in the perfect location, 10 minute walk to the old town
We stayed here for 3 nights while on holiday in Italy and absolutely loved it. Super convenient location to the old city and main strip of shopping/restaurants. The staff was truly so incredible - particularly one of the young gentleman at the front desk (for his name) and Adriana (might have gotten this wrong as well). Would happily stay here again on our next trip to Gallipoli!
We stayed here for a weekend visit in southern Salento. The staff were wonderful, hospitable and truly helpful. For example, one sunny morning they took our breakfast up to the roof deck where where we enjoyed the delicious food and the gorgeous view of the Ionion sea. The hotel seems new and it shows in several ways. The shower in the room is like a warm tropical rainfall. The spa is lovely and has a hot tub, steam bath, and a dry sauna. We were delighed with our stay.
We loved the spa facilities and the modern room. The cleaning crew did a great job in ensuring the room was clean. However , I didn’t like the smell of the cleaning chemicals in the room. Despite keeping the windows open, the smell still lingered for hours. The breakfast was adequate.
Great location, hotel modern and clean. Service focused in all aspects. We had a suite and accessed the mini bar as we thought it was included, (there were no prices) so fair assumption. On checkout turns out the water and everything was chargeable... there is also no clothes dryer in the room (which is needed for wet clothes from the pool or beach).
Overall hotel is nice ! Shower and jaccuzi in suite are great. ! The pool on roof is very small . The staff is very young sometimes things said are not accurate . Quoted me one price for upgrade fee then 10 mins later said manager said it’s double the fee 100 plus euros a night …
Overall stay was great !
This property is new with a spacious studio room. Adequate breakfast. Options for other food offerings were available but not all morning staff were offfering the service.
Staff are polite and helpful overall though.
Parking service was appreciated as was the concierge service for booking a beach day with transport, and some restaurant recommendations.
The chairs in the room are uncomfortable with short backs. The windows need to be cleaned.
The building itself is well appointed and pleasant.
The rooftop pool is comfortable and service is attentive through what’s app.
we booked with expedia and their email stated everyone in our travel group 7 adults had a 1 hour free spa experience, when we checked in the hotel said no we were not able to have this.
l questioned this and showed them the email but they denied it, l feel they should have honoured this, we booked 4 rooms for 4 nights, not a pleasant check in welcome.
Breakfast was very good and the hotel shuttle to the beachclub was very convenient.
Unfortunately, the temperature throughout the hotel was a major issue during my stay, particularly in my room. The common areas were noticeably warm as well, but the room temperature made sleeping very uncomfortable.
I raised the issue with the front desk on my first night and explained that the room was around 24°C and that I would have difficulty sleeping at that temperature. I was initially told that 24°C was “normal.” After further discussion, they lowered the air conditioning as much as their system allowed, but I was then informed that the room could not be cooled to 20°C and that no other rooms were available for the three nights of my stay. They eventually provided a fan, which I appreciated, but obviously a fan is not a substitute for properly functioning and effective air conditioning.
What made the situation more disappointing was my interaction with Klajdi at the front desk. Rather than simply acknowledging the problem and trying to find a solution, I found his attitude somewhat rude and argumentative, which was unnecessary when I was simply asking for a comfortable temperature in a room I had paid for.
I understand that hotels cannot control the weather, but guests should reasonably expect the air conditioning to keep both the rooms and common areas comfortable, especially during warm weather. More importantly, when a guest raises a legitimate comfort issue, the response should be helpful and professional rather than argumentative.
Super recomendo!
