Why cross the street to get to the beach, when you can stay at
“What a View” and be steps from your own private beach!

Seascape is located just west of Seawall and sits directly on the beach, so there is no need to walk across the street. Located on the first floor with elevator access, this newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo will accommodate up to 8 guests.

Relax with a cup of coffee on a lazy vacation morning on a large tiled balcony while taking in the amazing gulf view.

The kitchen has recently been updated and is well equipped with beautiful granite countertops and plenty of space. The kitchen has an island with seating for three, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, a Keurig & a regular coffee pot, waffle maker and griddle, along with all the utensils, flatware, glasses, pans, etc. You will also find a frozen drink/margarita machine. Everything that you would need for those days you just want to sit back and relax.

The master bedroom is tastefully decorated and has a king-size bed for your comfort with a new wall mounted 42” Smart TV. Two bunk beds in the hall, and a double size sleeper sofa in the living room.

The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with a new 55” Smart TV. There is a full size washer and dryer located in the closet for your convenience. Linens and towels will also be provided.

Both bathrooms offer an oversized walk-in shower, large one sink vanity and wall mounted blow dryers.

Deck box is filled with beach and pool toys. There is a fold up wagon designed for the beach to help lighten the load. And beach chairs.

Seascape amenities include direct beach access, elevators, 2 heated pools (one is a kids pool), 2 hot tubs, and BBQ pits.

Seascape Resort is a gated community with a security guard and covered parking.

We returned to this specific condo unit 2 years in a row for spring break vacation. The well stocked condo and location overlooking the ocean and the pool area makes for a relaxing home base.

Great location with access to a pool and the beach! We had eight people in our group, 5 of which were teenage boys. We all fit, but was a little squishy. The location made it worth it though!

Perfect Space

The condo was exactly as pictured- everything was labeled with notes and reminders to help out with check out and access codes. Clean and cozy- son loved the bunk beds and the pool! Very easy access and just out of the way enough for privacy but close enough to get what you need easily!

Everything about the condo was very nice. Super clean, nicely decorated, the view was great as was the large balcony. Fully stocked with everything you could think of and more. Right on the beach and could fully see the ocean and pool as well. Restaurants and stores were very close, the furthest being around 15 minutes away.

This condo was perfect for our family. The many pools and hot tubs and easy access to the beach were the highlights. But, there was so much that made this place extra special - everything labeled, blenders, toddler plates and silverware, everything you could need for cooking, extra sunscreen, games and puzzles, and an amazing beach wagon with so many beach toys!!! This was our first vrbo rental and our first time to Galveston! We absolutely loved it. The condo had everything we could possibly need or want for me and my husband and our 3 kids. The location of the place is perfect, as it was on the first floor, and we could see the pool and the Gulf. We used so much of the "extras," as in boogie boards, beach towels, etc. Everything was clean and welcoming. Communication was great, because we're old and couldn't figure out the TV volume. We also weren't sure how to get pool tags. Loved our stay!!!

This is the best set up for a beach stay. Everything was spotless! Kitchen is well stocked, organized and labeled. They even had sippy cups and a small bathroom stool for little ones. Security circulates on property. Pool and hot tub area is meticulously maintained. You are literally steps away from beach access. Only thing we would change is stay longer!

Great Two Bd/Two Bath Condo on Beach

First impression you arrive to the gated condo complex. Safe and extremely well taken care of. Arrive at front door of your condo and the front door was very filthy/dingy looking. Needs a good scrub. Once inside the condo is immaculate and large. Alot of room for 4 people even though there was only two of us. Plenty of room to get comfy. Downside was the beach was being "renovated" or rebuilt so we were not able to used the beach in front of condo and were not alerted to this until a week prior to our stay. Nonetheless we packed up our SUV and drove a mile or so down the road and parked on the beach with about 30 others and enjoyed our day at the beach.
