Room was not clean, then they cleaned it and it still smelled bad and there were pieces of food on the floor. We only had 2 towels for 4 people and the desk agent wasn’t there half the time to ask for any. There was not any coffee really available and if there was there was no creamer. Breakfast was sub par as we got there and mostly everything was gone. We got there at 8:30. The pool was ok for the most part but we couldn’t stay more than 15 minutes due to our eyes burning from the chlorine. We were told we could check in after 1. We arrived at 2:30 and were told to wait till 3:30.

There is only a small, cramped parking lot so we had to park on the street. The hotel smelled of chemicals. We were told by reception that our room door sticks and it was difficult to open. The indoor pool was the reason we booked here. The pool water was hazy (you couldn't even see all of the steps) and had an overwhelming smell of bleach.

Room was not ready at 5pm and have to wait … once ready .. it was trash and crumbs on the floor and food still in the fridge… bathroom was in bad condition with broken walls and rusted stuff everywhere. Same trash was by the elevator for all two days I stayed there. There’s little to no maintenance done at all .. the worst was mold all over the mattress… super disgusted.

Room was sufficient & clean-ish, but staff is polite at best (not friendly), went to 3 vending machines desperate for water and wound up with wads of dimes to leave the Housekeeper as all were sold out, and at the Front Desk was told to go across to Valero…but it was closed (wound up walking next door to a bar and tipping $5 for 2 cups of ice water so my elderly Mom-in-Law and I could tale our medications)! Bed was awful, but linens were nice. Tub was super high & difficult to step over. There was a HVAC control on the wall, but A/C is a loud wall/window unit. No shower gel or soap (other than hand soap bar). The 2 resin chairs on the balcony had bird feces all over them. Would not recommend.
