Welcome to a well-stocked, clean and comfortable front condo with a balcony facing the beach and overlooking the pool! This unit is surrounded by beautiful grounds with 2 pools (both are heated in colder months), and two jacuzzi tubs. This unit has one of the biggest balconies in the complex with an amazing view of the water. The beach is directly across the property!

PLEASE NOTE: The Victorian charges a $35 Facility Access Fee (good for up to 2 week stay) at the time of check-in covering on-site parking, Wi-Fi code access, and pool access.

This one bedroom, one bathroom unit sleeps up to 4 guests maximum, please. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and tv, and the recessed bunk beds in hallway are perfect for kids. The kitchen has a full sized refrigerator, efficiency 2 burner stove top, drip coffee maker, blender, griddle, and a mini oven and for easy meals in the condo or picnics on the beach.

Great Location!

We had a wonderful stay at Laura’s property. It is in a lovely location, very quiet for the amount of units in the building and the location on the seawall. The proximity to the beach is incredible. It was so easy to get down to the water and sand! We loved our time here and would gladly chose it again!

Great location and amenities

Great spot right across from the beach. We were able to walk to Sonic and grab breakfast and the store is nearby. The property was nice and quiet and the front desk was helpful. The only caution I'd issue is that the parking spots are kinda small under the buildings. There are uncovered spots, though.

Great balcony view of the beach! Cozy cottage was located within walking distance of many restaurants which we took advantage of. And drinks at the pier while watching the sunset! Loved it!!!

Cozy & affordable

We drove from the Dallas metroplex for a quick getaway on the beach. Great location and our host was great! Building is older and rooms are small but very comfortable and cozy!

Sister Weekend Getaway

Wonderful view and amazing balcony. Location is great. Clean and comfortable. Responsive owner who was very easy to deal with. Only issue for this older group of ladies was a fairly slick bathtub stepping in and out of the shower. Would definitely stay here again.

Cosy apartment with sea view

The apartment was really well equipped with everything you need. You have a super view to the ocean, the only disadvantage is that between the apartment complex and the ocean is a four-lane road which leads through Galveston beach.

10-Years Together and It Just Keeps Getting Better

This trip was only planned about a month ago and we were very happy that we stayed where we stayed. It was a great spot for the beach, it had a great pool, our daughter loved sleeping in the bunkbeds, and my husband and I loved the fact that we got to slow down for awhile. Thanks for providing such a great place for us to spend our 10 year since we got together anniversary. We look forward to next time.

Great view

Great location and view. Everything we needed for our brief stay before we boarded our cruise boat. The room is a little dated but nothing wrong with it. Only complaint we would have is the water pressure in the shower. The very low water pressure made it hard to shower.

Older Property

The outside of the building needs a lot of work. The pool and grounds are nice. It’s hard to park a large truck in the parking garage. We had to use outside parking. The condo we rented was very clean. The couches were not very comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The price was great. Bottom line, we would rent again.

Labor Day weekend trip

This is our second time staying at the Victorian. We love it because it's so close to Walmart and right by the beach. This condo we rented was amazing. Laura was very quick to answer any questions and the place was amazing. The view is beautiful. It is right near the main office and both pools. The inside was very nice and everything worked unlike our first condo we rented. If you are looking for a place to stay I highly recommend this one. Our next trip down we will def book this one again because we loved it.

Beautiful view

This property worked well for our needs. We stayed 2 nights before our cruise. On site property looks very nice although we didn’t use pools or hot tubs as it was cold and rainy. Inside, everything was as described in listing. Very comfortable, clean, had a few extras like a game closet which came in handy on the rainy afternoon. The host is very prompt to respond. Only issue we had was checking in. We got there late and weren’t sure how to get in the security gate and couldn’t find our building (no number that we could see). We did finally get a hold of security, got in and eventually found where we needed to be. I did mention this to host and said she should let late arrives know and she said she would. All in all, we will stay at this property again when we go to Galveston next year (if it’s available).

The owner of the condo was very nice and helpful, she did a good job making the condo comfortable and pretty. The property outside was a bit dirty, in need of repairs/facelift. There was poor communication from office to tenant when water had to be shut off all day! I would rent from owner again, but not here at this location.
