We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and the location was unbeatable! The walks to each spot for coffee, food, shipping, etc. were so quick and easy.

The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. Was in a great location to walk to everything, they also include parking which is great if you are driving. The rooms were very well maintained, I would stay here agin.

Excellent communication from the property regarding check-in and parking. Staff were kind, informative and helpful. Great location. The hotel is clean. The hotel restaurant food was good with prompt service and decent prices. Thank you to the management and staff at The Western Hotel. I would recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful, clean and close to all the action of downtown Galway. The restaurant had a nice menu selection and overall staff were all friendly, helpful and accommodating. Great place to set your compass for a visit to Galway.

Beautiful and convenient location. The staff were incredibly pleasant, the bar was fun and had live music. And the food was incredible. We will definitely be staying there again on our next visit.

one reason we picked this hotel was because of the onsite parking. It was very easy for us to find a spot and check in. The staff were very friendly and kind. The room was clean. The hotel was only about a 3 min walk to the Eyre Square. We would stay here again next time we visit.

Our room was more than expected. We had 4 grown adults and 3 beds. We all slept comfortably. The parking was a little tricky as it was below the hotel but the included valet parking was helpful. Breakfast was expensive but on par with all the places we stayed.

This is a well situated hotel at the top of Eyre sq close to lots of cafes and pubs. The hotel is on a busy road but was surprising quiet at night. The rooms have enough space to unpack and move around and the bathroom is spacious but not a lot of space for parking your toiletry bags. The staff was helpful and the restaurant was good although we only ate there once given the many options for restaurants in this busy city.

The location was fine. Rate was fairly expensive for what it was & didn't include breakfast. The bed was a double but seemed even smaller. The shower drain was clogged & water pooled at your feet.
