Quiet and family friendly

Hotel is not new, but relaxing atmosphere, spacious, and very good service. Family friendly. Breakfast could be better. All in all, highly recommended if you look for a place to disconnect and relax.

Gorgeous scenery. Lovely hot pool. Good breakfast. Internet ok in rooms, not good in lobby and restaurant. Out of hotel facility dining requires driving.

Otel değerlendirmesi veya şikâyet yorumu olarak daha akıcı bir İngilizce metin şöyle olabilir: Although the hotel staff were very helpful and courteous, part of the hotel was undergoing renovation during our stay. In addition to the construction noise, the air conditioning was unfortunately not functioning despite the very hot weather. As a result, we had to sleep with the windows and balcony door open. However, this led to another problem, as the noise from the pool machinery made it difficult to sleep. We spent two sleepless nights during our two-night stay. Furthermore, the room rates we paid were exceptionally high. To our disappointment, when we checked out, we noticed that the room prices had been reduced to nearly half of what we had paid. Overall, while we appreciated the kindness of the staff, the noise issues, lack of air conditioning, and high room rates significantly affected our experience.

Go if you want to relax with heated pools

We arrived late October with low expectations. We were looking for a heated or indoor pool witch the pictures didn't show that well. We checked in at another hotel in the resort and service and welcome was great. Clean rooms. They forgot we came 4 people. but that was resolved immediately. The staff were very nice and smiling and we felt us welcome. The heated in and outdoor pools with 37 C were amazing with terma water. It is not a place with roller coasters and not meant to be. The hotels are a bit old, but a renovation takes place at the moment

Pros… the pools were great! Breakfast was subpar but if u went to the sister hotel next door “Majestic “ it was much better. Cons: they allow dogs at this hotel. we had a small dog yapping in the room next door at various times. Then there was a larger dog somewhere also barking. Complaining to management did nothing. Also if ure room is at end of hall the wi-fi is spotty if non-existent. The rooms and hotel was very clean, but the walls are paper thin between the rooms. For the price it was a good value in spite of the cons and the location was excellent for day tripping.

Totally lives up to its name.

This place truly lives up to its name. Set atop a mountain with amazing views, Each room in our party was well-thought-out and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff was great. Our only super minor issue is that we couldn't figure out how to turn down the heat so our room was a bit toasty and there was no tea kettlein the room for morningcoffee or afternoontea. But the fridge and bathroom heated floor were bonuses!
