No geral a estadia foi boa. Quartos amplos, com uma quantidade adequada de tomadas e uma boa iluminação. Contudo, a o colchão é muito desconfortável e a cama parece que vai desabar a qualquer momento. Não existe sistema de isolamento de som, sendo que tem um barzinho próximo com música alta até 1 hora da manhã. Achei o atendimento da recepção ok, mas não gostei do atendimento da equipe do café da manhã. Pedi um copo de água para mim e quando pedi outro para o meu filho a atendente disse que não tinha. A estadia no geral foi razoável.

Foi Razoável, tivemos um problema com o quarto, primeiro estava sujo do hóspede anterior, foi tomar banho agua não esquentou, telefone não funcionava para chamar a recepção, tive que ligar no hotel pra resolver, mas resolveram o problema com me trocando de quarto. Quarto 604A para o quarto 604B.

Era para ser um encontro casual em um ambiente diferente de um Motel. A escolha foi feita pelo anúncio no site, baseada nas fotos. Bem, apesar do bom atendimento dos profissionais, as instalações deixaram muito a desejar. Não havia nada no frigobar, sequer copos haviam no quarto, para a gente beber água da torneira se quiséssemos. Espero que tenha sido uma má fase e a administração resolva logo os problemas de infra estrutura. Não vou repetir a experiência lá

Atendimento impecável dos funcionários, mas meu quarto estava sem água quando cheguei. Quando informei na recepção logo eles solucionaram o problema. A verdade é que o chuveiro ficava vazando agua e eles fecharam algum registro fora do quarto. Quando solicitei, eles abriram esse registro, porém ficou pingando água a noite toda, sendo que dava para ouvir deitado na cama. Fora isso, o valor é alto para o que eles oferecem.

Muito boa experiência. Quarto espaçoso, claro e confortável. Tem pia de cozinha e armário de cozinha. Cama boa. Limpeza impecável. Faltam mais duas ou três tomadas perto da mesa de café que serve para trabalho. Café da manhã bom. Internet é o ponto ruim. Wi-Fi sempre com lentidão. Funcionários e staff atenciosos. Próximo do Estádio Bezerrão e de bons restaurantes. No entorno há um supermercado aberto 24 horas e quatro lanchonetes (uma 24 horas).

Melhor Impossível

Fiquei hospedada por mais de 15 dias no Hotel Syros e o atendimento não poderia ter sido melhor!!!! O quarto oferece o conforto essencial para quem viaja para o Gama. Cama (box) confortável, ar-condicionado (split) funcionante, banheiro novo e com chuveiro quente... Não há queixas quanto à limpeza do quarto muito menos quanto ao atendimento dos funcionários, em especial os da recepção (Seu Luiz, da recepção à noite, prestou um atendimento impecável todas as noites em que estive no hotel). Os lençóis são limpos e de aspecto novo, tal como os travesseiros e toalhas. O café da manhã é farto e variado, com diversas opções de frutas, bolos, pães e pratos quentes. O Hotel é localizado sobre um supermercado que funciona 24h, muito cômodo. Além do supermercado, encontra-se também um Subway, Burger King, McDonald's sobremesas, um restaurante local que vende ótimos pratos. É próximo ao hospital (HRG), mas não se é perturbado por ambulâncias, viaturas etc. É possível conseguir Uber para o Plano Piloto com facilidade, assim como o é na volta. Não existe nenhuma queixa em relação ao hotel! Apenas elogios!
