Don Ximo 13º 68 Solo Familias

Marvellous apartment on the first line of Gandia Beach. Thirteenth floor with fabulous views from the east-facing terrace overlooking the sea. Offers a double bedroom (two 90x190 beds) with built-in wardrobe, a renovated bathroom with shower tray, practical and modern kitchen with dishwasher. Living-dining room with access to a cosy terrace, from which we can see the Neptuno promenade, the beach and, on a clear day, the silhouette of Ibiza island. Equipped with WIFI internet, washing machine, TV and microwave. Ceiling fans in living room and bedroom. Capacity 3/4 people. Bed linen changed fortnightly.

The DON XIMO building has a swimming pool with a designated children's pool. Located in the centre of Gandia Beach, in the Aquarium complex, with all necessary amenities and services in its vicinity.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bedding (fortnightly bed) and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/miscellaneous. A pressure cooker or hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, do not forget to bring them!

The key collection will take place at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. The keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages or non-compliance with the evacuation schedule. Either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned within a maximum of 5 days after reviewing the apartment, or take out an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption insurance for €28, non-refundable.



Gandia beach with its 7.5 km of coastline and more than 3 km of fine white sand, together with a superb Mediterranean climate, is ideal for enjoying a walk or practising running or beach sports.

Gandia beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for the youngest and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits that are well worth it. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, in the NORTH ZONE of Gandia beach where ROMA XIV is located, a virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practised on beaches, sea arms and rivers.

Su ubicación, las vistas, la piscina y la limpieza del piso. Que pongan AIRE ACONDICIONADO en lugar de ventiladores por favor (el calor era insoportable incluso por la noche y con los ventiladores dados, nos costaba mucho dormirnos). También hemos echado mucho en falta un toldo en la terraza y un tendedero para la ropa.
