Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Does this hotel even exist?

I never found the hotel after 2.5 hours driving around Gangtok. And, one of the photos of the hotel on Hotel.com website is of another hotel. I want a complete refund.
