The Tv wasn't working. The two lights next to the bed was weren't working and the bathroom fan was real loud. But everything else was good.
This property was very convenient as it was a short drive to many attractions. They cleaned our room everyday and it was a very nice way to return for rest.
Why would this place have a person working the front desk with such a terrible attitude she doesn't know how to communicate professionally specially with valued customers with disabilities
The female staff with no name cause she refused to give it maybe cause of the way she treats people she has a bad attitude which makes it very difficult to ask for any special accommodations for handicap because of her attitude makes me not want to come back
When i come in buisness inthe area i like to stay here the person that cleans is nice and hardworking however he doesn't deserve to be treated like a dog he gets paid under the table and no over time thanks to the female staff she has terrible managerial skills communication skills i dont understand why they have a person like that working there

As a valued customer with expedia and a repeated customer the female that works the office has terrible attitude with no management skills to talk to friendly customers and offers zero accommodations for customers with disabilities i think she has a personal problem with handicap people
I stay in this establishment because its convenient to me its close to the 22fw and restaurants i frequent however as a valued customer i feel that the service that the female staff offers is very poor she has a bad attitude and doesn't know how to deal with valued customers and with people with disabilities she offered no help or accommodation for a person that is handicap i do not know her name because she very unprofessional she refused to give it to me
This place has the worst customer service i have ever encountered the female staff that works their has very poor managerial skills to deal with preffered expedia customers she lacks communication skills with regular customers she doesn't know how to talk she has terrible attitude she does not care for customers with medical issues im launching an investigation on her she has only 1 person doing hard work with no pay for overtime and is being paid under the table i feel bad for him this lady treats him like a dog just how she treats her customers she needs to get fired and worse incarcerated for paying illegals under the table i dont know what her position is if shes a owner or not she needs to be reprimanded for her attitude and lack of accountability for not accommodating valued expedia customers with medical issues

I get into my room the toilet paper was not clean, remote was sticky, none of the lights worked except one. After working until midnight I hop into the bed, the bed is broken. You can't move on the bed without making so much noise, it's after midnight I couldn't go ask for a new room. The bed was beyond horrible, I almost slept in my car
I booked a larger room and have the expedia page to prof it. Yet when I presented the evidence of a scam by the hotel, th ehotel claimed that i boioked a smaller room. Do not stry here -- they sold me a large room and switched to a smller room.
