"The outdoor pool and the service were great. The A/C was only in the living area and not in the bedroom, so it was hard to sleep. Also, the A/C was a split unit with the outside portion on the balcony, so there was hot air blowing on us when we tried to sit on the balcony. The breakfast was average and not what I would expect from an 4-star hotel. Since the espresso bar was down, there was only coffee from a machine. We didn’t like the coffee so we went off property to get our morning cappuccino."

"Excellent classic hotel in great location . The hotel is older but maintained very well and the common areas - lobby , restaurants, and pools and spa are fantastic. I am Bulgarian and loved to see Philippine and Indonesian workers at the restaurants - very high level of customer service . That alone made made the trip at the hotel incredible. Highly recommend"

"The room was big enough for 3 people and very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. And the location was excellent, in walking distance of great restaurants and the gondola. The staff were wonderful, so friendly and helpful."
