"10/10 recommend. Beds were so comfy. Had a little kitchen area AND a small patio. Breakfast was good. Area was clean. Conveniently located near a bunch of restaurants (Black Bear Diner is a good choice). Loved Tucson and Saguaro. This was a perfect stop to start off our road trip! "

"I left the privacy tag hanging on the outside of the door while i was away, the cleaning staff still entered the room. As far as condition, there was heavy miniral scale deposits all in the shower on head and handle and walls. The original glass shoqet doors have been replaced with budget shower curtains that let water all over the floor and make a slip hazard getting out. The door fame in the bathroom is heavily rusted and neglected. The overall facility feels neglected, and due to the nearby homeless they now charge an extra fee for overnight parking to help cover security. "

"I was assigned three rooms during my five night stay. The first was just plain filthy. The second was full of motel furniture auction pieces with cigarette burns and drawer linings that looked more like fly paper. The shower, which was gross appeared textured (it may have been at one time) but wasn’t. I slipped trying to get out of the tub and while laying on the tile floor it became clear why the bathroom door didn’t shut and the hinges appeared to be pulling away from the frame as that was the only thing I could use to pull myself up off the floor. While mopping up with the bathmat I soon collected a lot of hair far longer and darker than mine - and just gave up. Staff gave me a better but unfinished room where the bedroom had five lamps, three which didn’t work no matter what I tried. I don’t understand why they would offer anyone a room that they know to be substandard. This is the hospitality business after all. The property is obviously undergoing an upgrade. Carpets throughout were stained and filthy. But why not put your guests in a renovated room or the best you had? After my fall, the desk staff offered that maybe I would like a room with a bathmat. And a new rubber one was provided. That bathroom was better but the same tub, which would not hold water, so no bath just shower available. Based on the condition of the various rooms I never wanted their breakfast or use of the pool and hot tub, although it sounded appealing for my aches and pains. Absolutely the worst!"

"Breakfast was wonderful. There were a variety of hot and cold items which changed daily. Staff was knowledgeable and were always ready to offer assistance. "

"The room was Dirty , stains on the sheets. Mold in the restroom. Dust in the crevices, blinds , desk. The toilet has stains was not cleaned . The carpet was filthy. I don’t like to ever give bad reviews but I had to leave. I was not going to put my children in the room. Staff was ok."
