Beautiful Villa 500 m from the Lake with Pool and Air Conditioning

Located in Gastes, the holiday home "Villa du Lac" offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. This 103 m² property includes a living room with two sofa beds (one for one person, the other for two people), a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, three bedrooms (the master bedroom overlooks the pool), a bathroom with shower, an additional toilet, and can accommodate up to 8 people. Additional amenities include a dedicated workspace for remote work, a TV with DVD player, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, a dryer, and a game console. A baby cot is also available.



Outside, you will enjoy a heated pool with six sun loungers, a garden, a covered terrace, a barbecue, a plancha, and an outdoor shower. A pétanque court is also available. The property is 250 m from a grocery store and 500 m from the lake, port, and beach. Three parking spaces are available on site. One pet is allowed. Wi-Fi is not available. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace. The interior of the house is step-free. Four bicycles are provided.

Beautiful villa with an amazing pool

Beautiful villa with an amazing pool. The villa was spotless and was incredibly well equipped in the kitchen. The pool area, outdoor shower and petanque area were all fantastic. Providing bikes to ride around the lake to the local beaches was a great addition and Mimizan is only a short drive away. The hosts were absolutely lovely, helpful and welcoming, with a lovely welcoming pack on arrival! All in all a great holiday!
